Mine arrived today as well
The "free" shipping set arrived yesterday (Friday).
Got ours today USPS 1st class.
I got the notification that they were shipped (free shipping option) but as of yesterday, Saturday 20 April, they have not arrived. I guess it's time per the "notify us if you don't have tickets within a week of the event" blurb on my receipt for that strongly worded email.
All of our group's are accounted for, 2 sets free shipping one paid extra... but got the free shipping options a day later, and we are in indiana.
Mine arrived on Friday.

When you guys write those angry emails, don't forget that you bought the tickets from musictoday, and that they are the ones shipping them, not FFF.
Called today and got put on will call.
I was told by FFF a few weeks ago that there is strictly no will call... although music today offered it to me. Hope that works out for you.
I haven't received mine yet via the "free" option. Hoping it comes in today, before i contact them.
I think my delay may be caused by the recent events in the Boston area.
Hopefully you are still sober by the time you make it to will call.

Mine have not showed up yet. I sent the MusicToday fellas an email and they responded with a nice canned "If you don't have them three days before the event call the Ticketing Support Team." There was an 800 number but no mention of any Will Call option.
Hmm. I got a packing slip... No ticket. Panic¡!!!!¡¡!!! Patience... Twa...
I got the same response when I emailed them this morning since my tickets haven't shown up, but they included "NOTE: We will not reprint and reship tickets."
Hopefully everything works out.
Oh yes. I got that on mine as well. Hopefully it'll work out. My trust of the Postal Service is limited I'm afraid.
Mine did come in today via the free usps option. whew.
Still no ticket. Just a packing slip saying its coming. Anyone else get the same thing? I'm going to wait until today's mail delivers before calling.
I've received exactly jack shit, not even an email shipping confirmation.
Called the Music Today group... They found it odd that I received a packing slip and no ticket. So they changed my ticket to Will Call pick up. I'm now nervous they bungled that up as well. I need a beer.
Friend in TX (flying in tomorrow) is still missing his tix... he emailed music today with no response but couldn't find a help number, anyone have one? thanks!
Does anyone have experience with being put on will call for tickets? Just wait in the line and it will get handled at the gate?
After MusicToday told me they'd put my tickets at will call I emailed Three Floyd's to ask where the hell that would be. They told me my name would be on a list at security at the front gate. I'm going to go straight there when I arrive to receive the tickets, probably would be best if that exchange is handled before I get shit bombed.

I called 'em yesterday. Reasonably pleasant experience. She said I would be added to a Will Call list and that I should have my ticket receipt and the CC I used to buy them with me as well as photo ID.
We shall see...
