I am probably going to be in Boisie for less than a day for work inthe next week or so. Is there anything amazing or any solid local beers I need to pick up while I am there? Any good local brewpubs or breweries to stp into (if Iget a chance)?

    Thanks in advance.

I stopped in Highlands Hollow for a quick bit and thought it was solid. A bit off the beaten path, but Boise didn't seem to be all that big

What part of Boise will you be in?

As far as local brewpubs go:
    TableRock - near downtown/BSU
Payette - just off Chinden road in Garden City
    Sockeye - west Boise area
    Highlands Hollow - north Boise
    The Ram - near downtown/BSU

If you're looking to pick up bottles:
Boise Co-op - north end of downtown
Bier:Thirty - east Boise, Bown Crossing
Brewforia - just west of Boise, right off the Eagle road exit on the highway

    Good beer bars:
The Front Door - small place right downtown, but always rotating taps and killer pizza; my favorite place in town
Bittercreek Alehouse - maybe 30+ taps, an emphasis on local stuff, good food
Bar Gernika - a Basque restaurant right around the corner from The Front Door that usually has a solid tap selection

Feel free to message me if you have any other questions. I hope you enjoy your time in Boise, it's a great city. Cheers!
