Hey guys, i'll be in kansas city for a couple days this week and wanted to know if there is anything i can't get (from norcal bay area), and where to get it. If anyone knows let me know. Thanks for any suggestions!
Take a look at this little web app. Select Cal and then compare it to Missouri and it'll give you a breakdown of Unique and Shared Brewery distribution to both the states. http://www.seekabrew.com/distro/index.html BA Places - Kansas City http://beeradvocate.com/beerfly/city/59 Hope this helps a bit. Cheers!
cool website! I never knew about that one. Looks like there is alot of cool stuff we don't get in cali. I also checked out gomers midtown today, lots of goodies there.
Good to hear! I'll be in the KC Midtown area in a couple weeks and Gomers was going to be my first stop! I have a couple friends in the area and they say Lukas Liquors (ab 15 mi South) has a pretty awesome selection too. BTW, If your a stout fan, The Flying Saucer downtown is serving Bourbon County Stout (btl) and Schlafly's Bourbon Aged Imperial Stout 2008(btl)! I called and confirmed those yesterday. In fact, if your a beer fan at all I'm sure you'll find something on that menu that suits. They have a pretty incredible selection it looks like. I'm back home, but i was able to go to lukas liquors and flying saucer, which were both amazing. So many good stouts at the flying saucer though. Anyways, KC is awesome, can't wait to go back!
