The previous thread is locked. Going up this weekend and wondering if Mother Road, Historic, and Dark Sky are still the best options. I've been to Lumberyard a few times so I know what they're all about.
I like Dark SKy over those other breweries. Dark Sky is fun too its connected to a brick over pizzeria so you can eat and grub. Dark Sky makes some killer BA stouts and they have some god IPA's too.
Hitting Flagstaff overnight on July 1st ... Wondering what is the best liquor store option for beer while in the area for the night. Probably wont be able to hit any breweries as we will be there pretty late, and heading out early to see family in New Mexico. Would still love to grab some local shelf beers if possible.
Although i have never personally been there, Majestic Marketplace has a very good reputation and they look to be open until midnight on Wednesdays. Cheers, Tom
I was just was in Flag within the last two weeks and did stop at the Majestic Marketplace, it is a very nice store. They carry a very large selection of craft beer along with other alcoholic beverages. They look to have about thirty taps of some really nice brews but i think that was closed down due to Covid. The Flagstaff local selections that were refrigerated was pretty limited so your best bet for catching a wider array of locals is obviously to hit the actual breweries when open.
