The first week of May I purchased one of these Apocalypse Cow posters from the artist, Dan Grzeca. It's been six weeks now and I still haven't received the poster. I was charged for the poster and shipping the day after I finished my checkout. I've tried emailing the artist but I haven't gotten a single reply. Has anyone else bought anything from him recently or had any issues with the artist? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Recently, no. I've bought several posters from him in the past, though (including the Apocalypse Cow poster -- it's gorgeous) and never had a single hiccup. That's a real bummer that you haven't received the poster yet - I don't think it ever took longer than a week to receive orders, and that's with the cheap/slow shipping option. Is there a phone number you can try calling?

Hey man, funny you should ask because I had almost the same exact thing happen. I bought from him in mid may and wrote him and heard nothing. I wrote him again last week telling him I was going to go through PayPal and try and get my money back if I didn't hear from him. He wrote me back and said that he is swamped at his shop and that the cow posters are sold out and he is four colors into the six colors of having them complete. He said it should be not much longer.

I have bought from him in person last summer. From what I gathered the Cyclops series was an older one. I did grab a nice poster he made for DLD last year and the apocalypse cow shirt. It does seem strange that it is taking so long since they are just prints and all he has to do is sign them but at the same time it is also festival season so him and his crew might be gearing up for that too.

Making a silk screened poster involves a bit more than "printing and signing". Dan is very active online and it's unfortunate that he hasn't replied to your email, but maybe try another social media option:

That is true, I did not realize these were all screen pthrints. That is a damn good price for a screen print of such magnitude! Thanks for the link, I haven't seen any of his new stuff.

Hey had mentioned that he was busy with Bonneroo (?) posters.
