Obviously the most negligible factor, but, just for fun, which of your favorite breweries produces the best looking liquids and which produces the worst? I'll go first…

    Best? Struise.

Their stouts in particular are always so damn perfect looking. (i.e. Give V a hard pour - amazing…)

    Worst? Kuhnhenn.

They're generally so dumpy looking, the definition of red herring!

For bulky and long lasting heads of foam, my vote goes to Sam Adams. For bulky and growing, to the point of irritating, head of foam, my vote goes to Orval.

the best lookin for me would be founders, no matter the style, they all look delicious. and the worst would be abita, they just dont do anything for me.

Most Belgian breweries do a great job with appearance. The awesome glassware goes a long way towards that, but many of the styles provide nice lasting heads.

gotta agree on kuhnhenn not looking so nice. i've always found Ommegang to make some of the most attractive brews though. goose island also makes some good looking beers.

Marshall Zhukov is the most glorious stout I've ever seen. Pours such a viscous thick syrup black with a reddish-brown head. Amazing. Chimay White is also incredible looking. Nice and hazy and so full of carbonation with a fat head.

Bramble Rye is fucking beautiful. Deep purple with a beige head tinged with magenta. So lovely.

I can only think of best. My bottle Olde Hickory Eiraphiotes looked damn sexy in a pilsner glass.

oh and Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier looks amazing in a weiss glass.

What? No love for Guinness? A properly poured Guinness is a thing of beauty. Not my favorite stout to drink but the question was strictly about appearance.

I have to agree with AnchorBaby. Tough to beat a nitro stout for appearance.
