I, of course, will respect your opinion but why not? I thought these kind of web sites were about maximizing the beer experience for the most amount of people who will really appreciate it? It seems to me that even if it involves waiting longer in line to get a brew these are the people here who would most likely enjoy the beer rather than just a few insiders with five mules in tow (referencing the BA Roosevelt release there, not you two gentlemen). I am still rather new to the social aspects of this site and am simply looking for your rationale on this.

My rationale is that any announcement will turn the release into a shit-show. Word will get out one way or another, but a slow leak is easier to manage.

MANY people on here have mules and will bring them no matter what, it's not just insiders.

 

Both fair statements. I have a sneaking suspicion this is going to be ridiculous either way. I wonder what volumes we are looking at bottled in this release? To be honest I might just sit this one out. Beer is good up to a price, and an amount of time needed/invested, and then it is not, in my book. So many good beers out there that don't cost $30+ and require daily trips across town to check to see if they are available. Anyone had this particular BA Huna version yet?
