Is it just me or have there not been any reviews on this beer? I can't seem to find it if there is. I'm just posting it here so maybe someone who has had it can review it for the rest of us. Or if you have had and prefer to BM me privately please do. I'd like to know what other people think before I trade it.
With lots of newly released beers, people wait a while to review them/don't drink them right away. I imagine most people who bought them don't go on BA or RB. If they do come on either site either they don't review or they want to trade it for wales (no reviews helps trade value sometimes). And finally, maybe their growlers blew up so they never got to try it.

Thanks for the info guys...I missed the huna. So the huna is apple brandy and the zhukov is just brandy, right?
Zhukov is Apple brandy. That other site has reviews for it. I'm currently trading a growler of it, so it's only fair that I keep my review to myself (I had it on draft at the release).
The Zhukov is apple brandy barrel aged as well. Whoever entered it into the database just didn't put it in as apple brandy because the brewery just calls it brandy BA Zhukov.
Ahhhh...now I got it. The fact that it is entered as apple brandy for huna and just brandy for MZ had me all confused. Thanks for the clarification.
I got to try Brandy Vanilla Dark Lord and Apple Brandy Zhukov side by side at DLD this year. I had a really hard time determining which was one better, because they were both so freaking fantastic. AB Zhukov is just amazing.
any idea if the keg that was at devils den for beer week was apple brandy or regular brandy? i didnt detect much apple when i had it...
indeed we've only ever used apple brandy barrels. the latest batch of BA Zhukov's/Hunahpu's were from the same batch of Zhukov's, and the latter became Hunahpu's by adding spices and such to the barrels
