Apple Cinnamon Beers?

    I would suggest not drinking beer if apple and cinnamon is what you're looking to get out of it.

    Pizza Boy also did a soured apple brandy barrel aged bock. The rating on this site is shit, but I thought it was fantastic.

    OP: I recommend trading with a WI BA to get some New Glarus Apple Ale when it comes out again later this year. I think it'd be a fine example of what you're looking for.

    While that certainly sounds awful, a brewer can try it if they'd like to. That doesn't mean it will sell. If it doesn't, mark it down as a failed experiment. With that sort of attitude, we'd all still be drinking BMC.
