At this point, by the end of next year I won't be surprised if there is a pomegranate temptress. I'm not a fan of most fruit stouts but Lakewood has seemed to get it right

There are a lot of fruits and other adjuncts they could use...can you say Barrel-Aged French Quarter Temptress with Madagascar Vanilla beans?

I could see them getting crazy with it like Pipeworks does with their Abduction series.

Not a huge fan of Magic Hat, but I never see anything other than #9 in stores in Austin or SA. Yet, it seems every few weeks they have several labels approved. Are they more prevalent in other TX cities?

What's up with those Bishop's Barrels? A misprint maybe?

I'm confused because Bishop's Barrel 7 was definitely not a pumpkin anything. And it came out around July last year.

I made comments about that on the link.

I really do not know - BB8 listed is BB10, BB7 is BB9. The labels match up to what was approved (BB7 shows a Imperial Pumpkin with a BB7 on it).

Either TABC does not care what they label the numbers on the beers as, and they just started counting up like the first BB was just listed as BB, then they did something funky where somehow BB3 ended up as a BB1 on approvals, and so on, or St. Arnold is just messing with us.

    Who knows.

The Bishop's Barrel listing doesn't make any sense to me either.

Yeah, there is a larger variety of Magic Hat in H-town. Not sure who drinks them though.
