    All come and join me at the Arcade Brewery event tonight!

    New Chicago Brewery!!!

    See below e-mail from the founders:

    I am assuming we are all pretty jacked about the recent resurgence of the small brewery movement coming back to Chicago. Well, one of them is looking for our help this weekend, but don't worry, helping them involves drinking beer.
    Arcade Brewery is having a "Beer Potluck" this Saturday, May 12th from 7-11p. It's at Threadless HQ on West Madison. There will be music and comedy acts performing as well.
    The idea of the potluck is just to bring your favorite craft brews to drink, trade and share. Sounds like Threadless HQ is a cool spot too.
    They are asking for a suggested $20 donation at the door, check out the below for why they need the money and more on the brewery.

    I actually did think of going (if not for finals) but I'm pretty put off by the idea of paying $20 for entry AND having to bring beer to the event.

    If I wanted to just give them $20 I would. I do like the idea of finding new ways of raising revenue, but this one just isn't for me.

    Thanks, just trying to let BA's know. I have nothing to gain from this event. Wish more people would post events like this one!

    Actually, we should get some BA's together and have our own potluck for free and just bring beer!!! Depending upon the amount of people, I would be interested in hosting!
