    Yes, interesting thanks.

    Two - perhaps slightly snarky - remarks:

    * I haven't been in many European pubs younger than that. That's heritage in Australia I guess.
    * There will be another Philip Ruddock Heritage Centre one day. Suffice it to say that it won't be about developers sucking up to local pollies.

    A slightly snarkier one from me, I've been in plenty of European pubs that are younger than that and I'll bet you have too.
