About to revamp an outdoor kitchen and we are putting in a solid $45k into it thus far.

Debating a kegerator too but really don’t want to deal with it if it’s a maintenance *****. Can y’all pleae chime in, worth it or not? I have no problem buying cans and keeping the outdoor fridge stocked…

I have a Bev-Air BM23 in my house. It has run continuously since 1997 without one down day.

I clean the lines twice a month and blow the dust from the condenser every other line cleaning.

You get what you pay for...

Very little maintenance needed, as long as you provide general care. Cleaning the lines, tower, & faucet components will keep the system gtg for a very long time. Cans & bottles work, but nothing tops draft beer at home!

I have been running my kegerator for 10 yrs w/o any issues.

My only concern for you would be having it outdoors in your location, (NY). Winter months might be a little dicey for freezing lines. I assume the beer portion of your outdoor space would be seasonal, (recommended).

Best of luck w/ your project. With that budget the entire kitchen should be awesome! We all would like to see some pics when complete:grin:! Cheers.
