Are PNW brewpubs the new "local"?

    Me too. I thought maybe it was one of the dances brought to us courtesy of all those great Gidget or Annette "full of jello" movies.

    I think it happens in some other places. I know that even in the late 90s and early 2000's, Victory Brewing in Downingtown PA attracted a very blue collar "locals" crowd and still does. Their beers were always very affordable, they had a pool table, excellent pub food, and brewed an accessible easy drinking lager from the start.
