No. Worst case scenario, I buy a mediocre pale ale that I've had before and forgot about. I'll survive and enjoy it since it's going to be better than Coors Light, which I also have no problem with.

And I get it if it's your thing, but if I go out for a beer with someone and they were to say "could you please talk less? I'm trying to taste and review this beer," well, that'll probably be the last time we go out for a beer.

Yes. I like to review every beer I have for the first time. Been doing it for years.

Nope. Never will be. In my head I have a good idea of whether I dislike it, would drink again but maybe not buy, liked it and would buy again, or amazing buy every time

I rate just to keep track of what I like and what I've had. Occasionally I'll wrote a review, but don't feel the need to always write what I think of the beer.

About once a week I get together with my 2 buds I share this account with and we try some new brews, have a little discussion about them, and then rate them. When we try a beer separate we just tick numbers.

I rate every new beer I try. I also like to go back and re-rate beers I haven't had in awhile to see how my tastes have changed.

I rate, but I have decided to only write reviews if I have something to say that has not already been added to the review log, as I found my early reviews quite horrendous. However, many of us really rely heavily on the number (which to me is strange, but that's another conversation) so I do try to be as conscientious as I can about giving what I perceive is an accurate score with consideration of how it will affect the overall score and perception.
As far as for myself, my brain keeps its own little logbook...

I rate, both here and on Untappd and keep a logbook. To me it is part of the fun of drinking beer. I used to review everything, but found that to be laborious and stopped. When I first started drinking craft beer I noticed my ratings often deviated a lot from the mean. As I have progressed, my ratings seems to show a lot less deviation. I guess my ability to accurately judge a beer has increased or more likely my ability to be wowed has decreased. In any event a lot of fun!!!
