    Not super close. A couple of Cellarmakers beers I've had like the Double Dobis and Mo' Nelson are nice and well rounded without that striking bitterness at the end (which isn't always a bad thing, I just feel like there's not enough variation here)

    Not exactly hooked, as I'm a seasonal type of beer drinker and like to have a mix of styles on hand. But I always buy at least one APA/IPA/IIPA/IPL/misc hoppy brew whenever I stock up on beer.
