There are 83 dry counties in the US. Thirty four of them are in AR.

Ozark releasing a new one today. Merle Haggard. Barrel aged Onyx coffee beer with chili added. Sounds like Abraxas or Prairie Bomb. Excited to see how it pans out.

 

Folks are retired down in Mountain Home, and they brought up some Norfork Brewing Ez Ryder Lager recently. Pretty decent brew. Will be checking them out when I'm down visiting. Also there's a place in Mountain Home called Rapp's Barron Brewing I want to check out.

 

Did you get a chance to check it out? My weekend was out of my control

 

That Lost Forty Tanooki Suit Double Trash Panda is damn good.

 

Yes it is. Had one last Thursday while I was there.

 

Only had it in cans, so take that for what it's worth

 

Yeah I liked it more than anything I have had from there in a while for what it’s worth.

 

Best milk stout I've had in a while. Heat levels might be too much for timid palates.

 

Sadly, I can't find any more Lost Forty Tanooki DIPA

 

I saw Social Project Canned offering in my go to get beer on the way home store last week. Passes as it was one I aleady had. Not bad but I presume it was fairly pricey, since it is at the source
