Looking to start this thread for sharing thoughts on how all four of the seasons are aging.

Those of you who have bottles, what's your long term plan for your seasons?

Those who have consumed these on multiple occasions, what changes have you noticed among each particular season since release?

Your favorites then, your favorites now?

I encourage folks to look up this thread after consuming one of the seasons and adding some notes, or if there already exists a thread of this type, would be mighty grateful to get a link.

    Cheers

i have been sitting on mine. fresh, lente and herfst were my favorites hands down

i had lente within the past month and the fruit from fresh was gone and the oak and dankness was emerging. i had lente maybe a year or so ago and i thought it was suffering so its gone through what i consider a bit of a sick period.

long term, i plan on aging at least 1 of each 10 years

Super fresh Lente is still the best I've had from the series. About a year in, I thought Herfst was clearly the best. Last bottle I had, however, had gone completely flat, which I've never heard of, otherwise. It was funky and complex, but it really suffered without the bubbles.

I agree (or at least, hope) that Lente has some growth ahead of it, as otherwise it's, right now, simply very good, instead of kind of astoundingly good.

I opened the seasons maybe 5-6 months ago. I ranked them

    Zomer
    Lente
    Herfst
    winter

I thought all were spectacular with Winter being far and away the least favorite of mine.
