Armand 4 white box question

I ended up getting one box for Zomer but it is not white, looks like yours but it is blue sky.
I'd hold on to them but i don't expect them to have much value.

 

I've got my box.. So, hopefully it has some value.. Even just trade.

Sure if you have more Armand seasonals you can store neatly in those boxes. Discussion regarding the collectibility of a cardboard box that once held a bottle of beer is hoarding on a whole new level ive never witnessed before. Then again some people actually pay money for an empty bottle of beer...so what the hell do I know.

Some yes but probably not enough to bother with. I have seen them traded once for a glass if I am not mistaken, the glass was mostly just for the effort of shipping it.

 

Not sure how much value they will hold by themselves, but I could see them adding a small amount of value if traded with the beer. Some collectors like the accessories that go with the beer as originally sold.

For example, Sam Adams Millennium originally came with a nice wooden box and velvet bag, and I have seen traders only want to get the bottle if the box and bag were included (or give slightly higher value in trade if they were included). Admittedly, the SAM accessories are nicer (more fancy and expensive) than the boxes that came with the Armand'4s, and I don't see the Armand'4 boxes holding tremendous value, but it could be a nice little bonus or bump in value to certain traders.

The construction on the boxes is terrible. Armand stopped giving them out with them, unless you specifically asked for them, because the handles kept popping off. Almost broke one of my bottles walking out of there. The next three seasons were bought without them.

I bet if you email him he'll send you them for a nominal fee.

 

Not to thread jack but anybody have any more info on the baskets? I'd love to have one.
