Do people recommend laying the Armand'4's and golden Blend Geueze on their side for extended aging? I really like the way the bottles look for the Armand'4's but it's a pain finding a rack to hold them. I'm assuming both these would be good to age for a while? Or am I wrong with the golden blend?

All of these should do well for decades.

I don't know that it's necessary to go on the side. Provided they're properly carbonated, it should be fine to leave them upright unless you really lay them down for a long time (like 10 years) as with champagne, the carbonation can help a bit to prevent the cork from drying out.

I really have no clue but does champaigne not have to be laid on it side because of the carbonation? I may be looking at aging these longer than 10 year so does that mean you sugguest me laying them down rather than keeping them vertical or since they have carbonation they will keep the cork from drying out?

Over 10 years, on the side makes sense. Less, and upright is probably fine.

My advice: store all your traditional Lambics on their sides, and serve them in a basket so as not to disturb the yeast by changing the orientation of the bottle when you're ready to open it.

This is how they do it in Belgium, so it's good enough for me. Plus, Lambic baskets are baller.
