My way of thinking is just enjoy the moment. Get what you want and if anything kicks there are several other world class beers to choose from. My buddy gave me grief last year when I didn't order Good Morning. I told him I've already experienced it, time for others to enjoy it. Spread the love man, it's only beer.

Good point. I guess my concern is there's stuff on the list I've never seen before, and am not likely to see again. I guess of that's all that important, I should skip stuff like the KBS, which I've had a couple times.

(Oh, hey, side note, just noticed today makes my 12-year anniversary on the site. Guess i'll have a nice breakfast and some good beer this weekend to celebrate the time I've wasted.)

Thanks. Another question (for anyone that knows), if I put my name in for a table (I'm guessing the wait will be a minute...or two hours), do I have to stand in line, or can I go in and have a drink or go do something and come back (knowing if I get called and Im not there I'm out of luck.)?

I'd say if you get a table you get a table...it's just absolutely nutz in there after they open the doors. I think it's tough for them to keep track of table requests with so many hanging out after Stoutfest Breakfast and then some people just standing around sampling beers see a table or seats open, they just grab the seats. Just what I heard...another reason I like to lock down my seat with Stoutfest breakfast tickets

Almost go-time for stoutfest. The mystery of the three beers is really digging at me...can't wait for the unveiling! Stopped by Crust today and enjoyed some 'test run' IPA bread...

    Is it Saturday Morning yet?

I think one of the last times I was there, the host took a phone number and texted you when they had a table. They gave a certain time frame to show up before they offer the table to the next person on the list. So yes, you could go in and get a drink or leave. Just don't go too far

Took a quick look around and didn't see any information about dinner on Sunday. It turns out we're going to be in the area and wanted to get dinner. Anyone know if it will be "normal" or still affected by Stoutfest in some way?

    Thanks!

Hey! Just a quick shout out to say that my and my S.O. had a really good time at Stoutfest this year.

I totally appreciate the pizza showing up at Crust. It FEELS like Stoutfest (and provides valuable carbs.) Also, its way, way good. I hope it becomes & remains a tradition.

I heard rumors of TreeHouse but it either was a myth, something for the breakfast folks, or just not there for my visit. Still very happy, though, with Hawaiian Speedway and other really good stuff.

People were way good humored in that line, too. It made the wait a lot easier.

In case anyone was wondering, this years "mystery" stouts were Hill Farmstead 2013 Birth of Tragedy, Banded Horn 2014 BA Mountain, and Tree House Give Me Truth

Stoutfest was a complete success. I have never had so much fun with strangers in my life. Coffee and pastries were so delicious and they were sort of all you can eat. The 3 course were great and the "mystery" Stouts did not disappointed. The cocktail drink that you get in between was tasty. Service was great and the pours were actually pretty damn good. Amazing taplist. Didn't have to worry about tipping because it was included, so I think the event was worth the money and I would definitively do it again next year.

Also, got to finally do some small talk with @DigitalNate and @jomobono. It's been a while fellas!
