Armsby Abbey Stoutfest

Starting line up will be posted tomorrow morning on our website, Facebook and I'll post a link to Twitter. I'm fairly certain it's against the rules for me to post it here. It's going to be a great day for sure. Sunday's list is amazing as well. FYI - Crust is open 7-3 every day

i won't be there for stoutfest breakfast, but will likely be around later in the day for a friend's birthday celebration.

Awesome. Now to make the mental list of must haves. I was hoping Double Shot would be on this list, I heard this batch was oh so good.

 

Double Shot is on the list. 3rd from the bottom in the post above yours.

 

My only disappointment is that Good Morning got moved to Sunday.

 

Oh yes, I guess my hope got lost in my typing, I was actually trying to say that I was excited it was in the lineup. I've had Good Morning, but yet to try any variant of DS.

 

that just means you get to go two days in a row

 

I would if I didn't already have a commitment on Sunday. Oh believe me, I would.

I'm in the opposite camp... I've had Double Shot multiple times but never had Good Morning. I even skipped the super long Tree House line at EBF thinking I'd have a shot at it at StoutFest. One of these days I'll get to try it.

 

the abbey might put Good Morning on after Double Shot kicks. They mightve gotten a 1/2 bbl keg of DS though. That might take a while. Im lovin it for the TH gang that DS will be the FRESHEST stout on tap tomorrow

 

Good Morning is on the starting line-up. For those who don't know we've expanded so there's more room plus the patio will be set up as the weather looks great both days so that's another 16 seats right there. It's going to be a lot of fun and we'll keep the line moving fast!

 

Double shot is scheduled for Sunday

 

Are there any hotels within crawling distance of this fine establishment?

 

There are several but unfortunately all sold out. The closest rooms we could find yesterday were 20min away in Marlboro Ma

 

Would it be bad form to bring a pillow and sleeping bag to the breakfast?

 

I've been looking forward to this all year, I can't wait. I get more excited for Stout Fest than I do for EBF or ACBF.

Any word on the three stouts at the breakfast?

 

All we know at this point is mystery stout number 1, 2, and 3.
