Aroma Booster?

i dont understand how it works. does it continually agitate the beer or what?… and where does the water go?

Looks to be similar to Guinness' Surger unit - which took special cans of non-widgetted Guinness Draught and, based on the dead link to a Guinness page in the link below, may be obsolete.

Or, as the wait staff does at restaurants when your beer has been poured by the bartender but sat too long at wait station -
a plastic swizzle stick.

This unit certainly seems to be for "The man who has everything (but sure doesn't need one of these)"

 

Just take the crayons out of your nose. You'll be able to smell the beer better.

 

I think the developers of this product lack some basic beer knowledge... excellent, professional looking video though
