Aromatherapy?

    Much like putting on your favorite music while brewing, I've noticed a calming affect when putting FWHs into a still warm brew kettle. Part of me says if I can smell it, I'm wasting some hop goodness. Definitely one advantage of brewing indoors...first one since last September.

    I do not see it as a waste. If your geting the aroma your not wasting it!
