Random thought. I like ingredients from around the world. What is the most diverse beer you've brewed. Sadly without much investigation my latest with uk malt American Australian and New Zealand hops would be mine. I've already decided if I brew a coffee stout I will use Balinese coffee. Mexican vanilla is also hard to beat. Who has the most cultural beer?

Michigan Malt, Michigan Hops, Michigan water, Michigan yeast! Oops no Michigan yeast but I have three out of four! However no one has use the word "cultural " when referring to me or my beer! Take care.

Nothing like a mole stout to add in an assortment of "worldly ingredients"…
