Been told it's a fun experience with a good amount of decent beers and food/snacks around.
No crazy rare beers, but an unlimited amount of full pours with plenty of great local and regional options.
Don't expect to encounter any Stranahan's Aged Czar, but you might (for example) be able to have 4-5 cups of Avery Kaiser or IPA.

Bring a DD or cab fare to the light rail station as you're not really near much of anything down there, though.

    Sounds good to me!

We live just a bit east off Lincoln so it should be a cheap and quick cab ride, but yeah it's really in the middle of nowhere, lol.

Have heard really good things about this one, but personally have never been. The wife got us in this year. We'll be pouring at Dry Dock, so stop by and say hi.

Where is the Parry's Pizza out there? Talked to David a few weeks ago and he said they're pretty much right across the street. Sounded like he's trying to put together an after party or VIP deal for the brewers.

Really looking forward to next weekend.

It actually is right across the street  There is a small shopping center on the other side of Lincoln and Parry's sits right in there. It's not like the one in Highlands Ranch though, at least not the last time I was there. They still have a few good beers but not even close to what the Highlands Ranch location does.

Right on! I will be sure to do so!

Yeah they are literally right across the street in a small little strip mall. I haven't been to the Highlands Ranch location yet so I can't compare.

Love, love this fest! Missed it last year (I was at Stone's 15th Anniversary), but going again this year. Lots of breweries and lots of food too. The Wildlife Experience is a different venue for a beer event and they do it pretty well. The event is indoor and out. There's a hotel deal too if you need to stay a night to recover. The fest doesn't get too rowdy and it's almost more like 'date night' rather than 'beer fest'.

TIP: If you do go with the hotel package, I'd still drive myself to the Wildlife Experience, and plan on picking up the car the next day. The shuttle will still take you back to the hotel. Waiting for the little hotel shuttle to transport 12 people at a time before the fest gets really aggravating. At least that was the situation 2 years ago. I hope they've changed this!

I'll have to put this on my radar for next year! I'll be at Pretty Lights @ Red Rocks that night. Brew at the Zoo is coming up as well (Sept. 7th), but quite a bit more as it's a fundraiser I guess.
