    Could be a misquote with the temperature. The other article I saw about this dude said "no less than 5⁰C".

    Says more about the credulous journalists who regurgitate this shite.

    Doctor Stuart seems to spend much of his time “discovering” the “perfect burger”, “perfect ration for cream buns” etc for paying clients whose PR agencies then punt the “story” to “newspapers”.
