I did something similar to this for my bacholer party up in Ashvillw, I can't remember I'd it was this company or not. But we did hit up The Wedge, Green Man, High Wire, and Wicked Weed. The guy that toured us was hilarious and incredibly knowledgeable in brewing/styles and all. One major plus is that he was actually able to reserve a table for us at Wicked Weed on a Saturday, which I hear is pretty rare.
