If anyone wants to mule some back to mpls I'd love to trade or buy 2-3 bottles. I still have some fresh heady too!

HAHAHA my ridiculuos ISO post for the first off the line assassin was reported for breach of trading rules. Ok I get that sarcasm does not always come through over message boards..... But SERIOUSLY how could you think I was actually trying to land 3 of of the White Whale beers for one Assassin? I remember as I was typing it thinking I better not put just 07 Darkness (because just that isnt ridiculous enough) or someone will think I am serious. Thank you to the 6 or so people who liked the thread and saw it was a joke.

    Come on guys!

Well anyway here it is again!

I put that all because it is NOT for trade! I had a great time at TG and thought it was cool to be #1.

    Enjoy your day gentleman.

    Sincerely,
    #1

How good was the TG Assassin release day?

They had 'Sue on tap and I never even had a sip. I still think it is one of their best, if not best overall beer. But with MD, Alternate Galaxy (hadn't had), SR-71 (hadn't had), and Naughty Temple on draft not to mention the beer sharing table.......I just never got around to it. I almost did, 2x...but I had another NT and MD instead! ;)

I figured you were joking jatut, but there have been/were plenty of ridiculous ISO/FT offers from people with 2012 join dates, so that's probably why some people thought you were serious :)

Is it worth $26? I'm debating, but a local shop has a few for sale.

It's just as good as a 4 pack of Bourbon County or KBS...obviously less quantity but I'd buy it again for $26.

How? We have not distributed it? I would pay that for it myself :)

How was the pasta that you left on your car all day? I almost grabbed it and chowed it down!

    Cheers!

I meant shady that he drove to get them himself and then profit on them at a store. Thought a Minnesota store got in trouble for that.

A $6 markup? Be lucky to cover the cost of gas to dive there and back from Madison.

When I bought my 6, I intended to trade, but after drinking one... I'm hesitant. :)

That said, if people want to make me an offer for 1, I'll consider it.

Assassin is indeed amazing. I grabbed a case when I could get there on Sunday, but would be remisce if I didn't try to help someone out. BM me if you haven't gotten to try it and ill try to help you out. IP MN plz. Also ISO: Mornin Delight?

So, have you done a side-by-side-by-side tasting of Red, Gold, and yellow yet? I have 1 of each of the red and gold and wondering if I should taste them side by side or enjoy each one on their own....decisions, decisions, decisions. #firstworldproblems

It has significantly improved each year. If you do that tasting, I would certainly split them with friends, but, Yellow is almost a whole different beer compared to Gold, and just 4x better than Red ever was.

I would strongly urge you to begin the tasting in chronological order, and work your way up the this years.

I should probably start another thread for this, but what the heck.

FT: 1x Mornin' Delight ISO: More than 1x KBS.

Don't get me wrong, Mornin' Delight is awesome, but I missed KBS this year, and I want some. :) My trade-fu is admittedly weak, so I'm open to offers/suggestions.
