How late will the C&C share last today/tonight? That might be a good option.

 

I picked up lots of dark fruit on the new batch of assassin. Some chocolate but not as much as the 2014 release. Didn't pick up any tangy notes. This was on a fresh palate too

Anybody stick around to go to TG when the taproom opened? If so, how much Assassin and MD did they have?

 

Assassin kicked after about an hour or so. So probably a 1/6 BBL, I'm guessing. 5oz pours, came with a Teku, $20. MD was still on when we left at around 7, but Term Oil had kicked slightly after Assassin.

 

Any shares at super 8 or quality inn tonight ?

So obviously I ended up with way too many bottles (and still planning on hitting up a couple bottle shops), would you guys have any solid suggestions for getting a 12 bottle shipper anywhere in Minneapolis? Preferably near the airport, but I have time so can drive anywhere. Thanks!

 

Check with France 44, South Lyndale or Haskell's (specificly the one in Minneapolis).

No problem. F44 and South Lyndale ship so they may have some for sale and I know Haskell's does carry wine shippers.

 

Cheers to T Bock's, Toppling Goliath, Pulpit Rock, and the large majority of people I ran into yesterday. I'm sure the other events were great, but those were my stops yesterday. So many people willing to share awesome beers. It was really cool of Pulpit Rock to allow all of us to bring a ton of beer in when they have beer of their own to sell to run their business. And, yes, PR's stuff was great too! I was impressed with how kind and cordial the majority of people were and how nobody really got out of hand from what I saw. Then, pick up at TG was super smooth and organized. Best beer event experience I've ever had and made a few new friends along the way! Thanks to everyone that made yesterday awesome!

 

Anyone else's "golden ticket" they gave you after you paid your $200 say "SR-71" on the bottom? A buddy of mine asked what that was about and they said "it doesn't mean anything". Not complaining or anything, just wondering what it was all about.

 

Golden ticket? What is that exactly? What did they give out as far as a golden ticket? Picture anyone?

 

It was basically a small piece of yellow paper that said "KBBS and Assassin Lottery" that you got to redeem for your box set when you got to the counter.
