Astoria NYC - where to visit

    Staying in Queens this weekend and would like to visit a few good beer bars after the met dodger game on saturday - any suggestions?

    I second Alewife, its one of the only places that I go to out of Manhattan

    Aside from Alewife other places to consider are Sunswick on 35th and 35th (not very vibrant but beer selection is always decent) and Mexi Q on 30th Ave and 37th? Mexi Q has lively younger crowd and a solid beer list.
