Coming to Atlanta next week for a conference and staying at the century center. Are there any good bottle shops in that area worth venturing to?

If I am looking at the right spot you are long walks/short uber rides from some good stuff. Green's Buford is about 3.5 miles away. North on Clairmont road gets you to a small pocket of beer with Contrast and Hopstix. South on Clairmont gets you to Decatur and about 5 breweries and 12 bars including the Brick Store.

You probably know this already, but next week is the Big Game week. Any bar or restaurant close to downtown Atlanta, you will want to check to make sure it's open to the public (not bought out for private parties) and that you most likely won't be able to drive/rideshare there.

Decatur area, you should be fine. Uber/Lyft may be pricey and have some waits. Ale Yeah! is your best bottle shop bet overall and walking distance from the East Lake MARTA station near downtown Decatur. Toco Giant on North Druid Hills has a very good selection. Decatur Package store on North Decatur has some good beers, but small selection. Green's is great if it's close by.
