    Hey guys,

Im planning a bachelor party this summer and im pretty sure we are going to end up spending a weekend in atlantic city. Ive heard rumors that AC in a whole has been on a decline but when you have good beer and a lot of it, its hard not to have a good time haha.

Anyways, i was wondering the best spots to go. Whether it be bottle shops, breweries, brew pubs or bars. Good beer is the number one priority, but if possible i would like to find something different than what we have out here in Massachusetts. Just a unique place with a good atmosphere.

Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Drive North of AC to Kane Brewery and Carton Brewery.

Good recommendation, but it's not exactly down the street

Dont want to be a downer, but unless you are here during beerfest, it is a craft wasteland. Most casino bars have ok selections, but nothing crazy. Tun tavern is a brew pub, but nothing to write about imo. Firewaters in tropicana has a lot on tap and in bottle, but unpopular stuff tends to sit inside their lines a little long. You may find something decent at ac bottle co. and something good on tap at vagabond tap house. Otherwise, get some good whiskey at the irish pub early in the night and do your thing afterwards.

There is a liquor store called Roger Wilco in Ventnor that is probably a 15/20 minute drive from Atlantic City, that is your best bet to stock up on craft beer, especially stuff you wouldn't be able to get in MA. You probably ought to keep an eye on bottle dates cause it seems like some stuff hangs around, though.

There used to be a Belgian bar with a decent selection in the Revel but that's closed now.

Can agree on Firewaters, I had a bottle of BCBS there about 2 weeks ago

White horse wine and spirits...about 15 minutes outside of AC. Very good craftbeer selection for you to stock up on to bring home.

Firewaters is decent. They probably have the most options of any AC bar, but I can't say for certain. I've never had a bad experience there, but other than having a good beer selection, it's nothing special.
