I'm going to be in Atlantic City The 1st thru the 5th, Bally's, no car. I'm not really looling to troll the beer stores unless there is one close by, however I would like to know where to go to get a good beer. Any thoughts/suggestions would be extraordinarily cool. Thanks in advance dave s.
Dave - Not sure of any solid bottle shops but if you do find one take a few good brews to a BYOB called Chef Vola's. Best BYOB in AC. Have to make reservations. (609) 345-2022 Get the veal parm on the bone. There is a Firewater in the bottom of the Tropicana that might sell bottles, they have a half decent selection. Good luck!
The Toga Bar in Caesars (attached to Ballys) had a lot of great stuff on tap in April for the city's craft beer festival. Not sure what their normal draft list looks like though, but it might be worth checking out.
