Definitely visit Live Oak, their new brewery is located across from the airport. A little tricky to find but we’ll worth it. I also frequent St. Elmo’s. Checkout: www.austinbeerguide.com

Is anything even open right now? I’ve indefinitely delayed my trip, for obvious reasons.

Breweries can't open until 5/18 so to go only for now.

My brother in law made a run to JK yesterday to grab some brews.

I just had a Beer Geek Rodeo, and at $5/16oz it was a solid purchase.

Any updates or guesses as to when places are opening for drinking/eating on premise (or have already opened)? Heading to Austin the first weekend of June. Crossing my fingers that JK and/or Pint House will be open at least with limited capacity.

Well Oddwood Ales and Live Oak don't have their taprooms open yet but I know they do take away. I'd definitely recommend either of them.

Out in the Hill Country some places are opening up slowly at 25% and only outside. Think most places in Travis county aren't opening yet because they might not have an outdoor space and at 25% capacity doesn't make sense for them to open yet. So JK might be opening but don't see Pinthouse opening yet. Feel free to message me before you come out, might have more info.

I think JK should make an announcement soon. Patkorn is correct as outdoor space has been biggest factor in reopening. I would expect Bangers and potentially Craft Pride to open up first weekend in June if I had to take a guess.

Also Hold Out Brewing which is new in town and downtown has been making some well executed beers and are open (reservations only) highly recommend them.

Not to mention ABGB is also doing outside reservations. I think you can buy a sixer at Live Oak and play the disc golf course as well.
