FYI I wouldn't do the cooking, but I have a chef friend who went to the CIA Hyde Park and worked in NYC for several years.

Coming from someone who doesn't trade and doesn't really have anything resembling a "cellar", at the one share I've been to (in DFW) all the BAs were pretty welcoming. Maybe we're just lucky up here. I guess what I'm trying to say is thanks for being part of that.

But to add to your list, I'd include some good dark chocolate (pro-tip, not Hershey's), especially if you're expecting any sort of RIS, barrel-aged stout, or a dark Belgian beer.

 

Damn, I feel like an amateur. I can't believe I forgot to mention chocolate, good chocolate. That is always another constant staple I usually have with stouts. You definitely got the right idea . I'd be happy if you brought any of that.

 

Someone go in Josh's closet and take a gander at the upper shelves, quite impressive huh? God I'm bored at work.
