Austin Beer and Bourbon Dinner with a Chef.

    Floating out the date of the 19th. What is everyone thoughts. Shoot me a list of what bourbon and beer or just one you could bring so we dont overlap beverages. If this works for everyone $35 gets you a 3 course meal, with Lamb Shanks being the meal, incredible beers and bourbon, not too shabby IMO.

    July 19? I think that works for me.

    I don't have or drink bourbon, but could bring beers like Rare Barrel, Ithaca LeBlue, some Cantillon stuff, Mexican Cake, etc etc etc (I have a shit ton of beer right now).

    I hope it's at your house Josh, since were virtually neighbors :wink:

    Team, Lamb, Beer and Bourbon, getting this together this month is looking pretty difficult. Lets set a weekend date in September so everyone has time to make arrangements with their schedules. Are there any weekend Dates in September that don't work for everyone?

    As long as its not the 7th, 13th, 19th or 28th I'm good! Sorry, shift work rules and sucks sometimes.

    I would drive up to Austin, not sure on the Bourbon I would bring but would be down, just need to crash somewhere and after a beer/bourbon share would look for close to where we do the tasting (cab distance) let me know

    If you're planning on September, don't forget about Freetail's SMABRD (in case any of y'all wanted to go to that too).

    Ortiz, it would be on a Saturday to make it as convenient as possible. When is the SMABRD event? I cant find a date on this.

    Nothing has been confirmed by Scott and it may get delayed. IDK... They're super busy with the new brewery is all I know.

    I wouldnt be able to do Sept 6, as thats my Anniversary, but otherwise I think I'm pretty wide open in Sept right now. With Landon out on the 13th, looks like the 20th or 27th?
