    No, but E1G still had plenty on Saturday when I was there. That's only a few blocks north of the river. :slight_smile:

    I just wanted to report that the Belgian IPA is delicious. Fairly aggressive hop presence that holds up well to the Belgian yeast.

    I had two last night and they were really really good. Probably my favorite one of the series, or at least tied with Half IPA.

    Good to hear. Heading back to hotel now. Will be drinking some in about an hour.

    On a side note how packed does Pinthouse Pizza get around 6pm?

    I think it's pretty packed around that time (and loud). Might be difficult finding a place to sit.

    It will probably be crowded, but I've never had a problem getting a seat.

    Yeah, crowded but haven't had an issue getting a stool by the bar. I drive from Katy to eat there after jester king and it's worth it. My only issue are the screaming kids.

    ABW kills it again with the latest installment of Heavy Machinery. Normally I don't like white IPAs, but Austin Beerworks' version is delicious.

    Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the latest ABW Heavy Machinery is a Belgian IPA implying that it has a Belgian yeast strain. A white IPA on the other hand implies that wheat was used, and the ABW Belgian IPA does not have wheat.

    This is pretty good stuff. I'm not a fan of Belgian IPAs but the hops they used are more like a West Coast IPA. I picked up 2 four packs in Austin on Monday on my way back to Dallas after the JK fest and wish I had picked up more. This is damn good.
