Australian BIF?

    Anybody up for an Australian BIF??? Something Very, Very different
    So all of you know a BIF means Beer it Forward. Simple concept.
    Person A sends a box to person B, Person B sends to Person X. X sends to A and so forth.
    basically who you send to is not the person you are getting a box from.
    So the concept is you send a minimum 6 pack to another person. No size requirement. 6 beers.
    2 must be from breweries in your state. only two required from Australia!!!!
    2 must be from your local bottleshop
    2 from any place else.
    Local brewery swag as well. What is swag??? a shirt or a glass from a brewery. Who would not want a glass from Feral or from 2Brothers?

    Would like to get 10-12 people but know I am stretching a bit. Tasmania is welcome, SA, NSW, VIC, NT and Queensland. Would love to have an equal number of BA's from all the states as would make shipping an assigning targets easier.

    Yeah, put me down.

    I might have to cheat on the 'local bottleshop' though. I live in Bassendean. My local has a wide selection of Adjuncts, but not much else. Although, if anyone hasn't yet tasted the delights of Swan Lager, Emu Bitter et al, let me know and I will be glad to forward you some.

    I hope I get Mr Danieelol. From what I can gather from previous posts, he would very much enjoy some Doctors Orders and Illawarra. I do hope a bottleshop stocks them.

    So far
    at least 4 from NSW
    1 from WA
    1 From Tasmania
    No people from Victoria?? Or Queensland? Or others from WA?? Sheesh, sooks.
    It is a good way to share some beers you do not usually getting from your parts and who knows what else you may get

    So, if you get a pack containing 2 Sols, 2 Dry Docks, 2 Tooheys New and a 1985 foam Emu Export stubbie holder with bits broken off, you know where to look....

    I'm all over this.

    I know there's plenty of stuff in WA and Tas that we don't get in NSW and vice-versa.

    Assuming we'll keep the hints and hauls on the same thread...

    My box has a long way to go, possibly not the longest though. Fun target, will enjoy seeing what i can do to make a box that they'll hopefully like.

    30 April is shipping date
    Min 2.25 liters with one being a large format bottle
    3 beers from local brewery
    2 from local bottle shop
    1 of senders choice
    1 piece of swag
    Shirt or glass is good. Prefer from local brewery

    Good opportunity for BA to see what we have to offer in Australia.

    Hints from me: Have traded with this BA before.
    Have currently no NSW beers for this BA. I am going WAY outside the box.
    One of the beers is barrel aged:slight_smile:
