Whether they bottle, export and if they have a best before/bottling date. These are the ones that haven't responded to my email requests. If anybody else can help in this it would be cool. OP--- you will find besides the larger brewers most do not do a bottle date or a best before. Slowly getting there though. Note-----Mountain Goat does I think a best by date and does export a little bit to the US
the Murray's that is contract brewed does not have a best before date in the usual place, it is on the neck of the bottle instead. And I would stay away from their contract brewed stuff as it is terrible.
I`ve emailed or sent contact info to every brewery that bottles in Australia. Whether it gets to the right person or not is another thing but many breweries have responded and i`ve started to compile the info.
