I hear ya, I got a couple dfh bottles including first release of life & limb signed by Sam. Not sure what to do with them, people are crazy enough about dogfish I feel they might be worth somethin but who knows.

Ya, I think drink and put it on a shelf. I used to collect all the bottles I used to drink when I first started with craft beer. The shelf got a bit too full after a while and I had to give it up.

Considering I lace the walls of my shed with fallen brews , I would save it, I have a non autographed bottle up there now.

I have had a lot of good brews, but never saved anything. I would have if I had the right type of space, but these just seemed a little different than the others. Hey, to each his/her own. Maybe I got caught off guard in surprise and thought it was cooler than others, but that's why I asked. I value everyone's opinion though, negative or positive. I guess when certain brews are harder to get in certain areas it adds to the excitement....lol. Maybe I just need to get back to the usual "just enjoy good beer" type of mentality...lol

That kind of mentality has never let me down.

I'd keep a bottle, unopened, if I was into that type of thing, which I'm not.

Side story: once I was at a Method Man concert and he threw a sealed bottle of water into the crowd and I caught it. I thought 'man this is awesome I'm going to keep it' but then I got thirsty on the bus and drank it.

LOL! I can see maybe having a night where I was in need of a good beer and was like "screw it...let's open it up" moment. Hopefully I will keep my fridge stocked up where I don't do that though...lol

Drink the beer, save the bottle for display or whatnot.
