Availability of RR Salvation

I asked on their FB page. They said they are between batches.

 

It's probably still around in stores, I doubt it moves very quickly.

 

I want to get a bottle myself, have seen zero in San Diego. Only had it on draft and can't remember if I liked it as I had 18 others that night.

 

I think it was at Healthy Spirits in SF last time I was in. I don't usually look, though. Definitely not one of my favorites of theirs, and it's pretty much ALWAYS on tap at the brewpub if I need to try it...

 

I idadvertantly over-aged a bottle of this. Now not sure when to crack it open. Mine was bottled in 05. Anyone try one with this much age?

 

I want to have it with CnL and Avery Salvation all at the same time. Avery is my favorite. CnL is good.

 

i had an old avery salvation recently... was one of those "no, you don't cellar every beer," moments, unfortunately. collaboration batch 3 (still see on shelves every so often) still going strong though, and i liked avery salvation a lot when i had it fresh. would like to try the RR version sometime, but doubt i will.

 

It's like Sanctification around here. Pretty much only a available for a few months after a release.

 

Only CnL I have had is the current and I loved it. The regular Avery Salvation I thought even better. If you're into trades I'll grab you a bottle on the next release.

 

I LOVE Sanctification. Bought 8 already and 2 left. Now if they would just bottle Compunction - that one is FANTASTIC.

 

thanks, i'm currently backlogged like the guy in that thread and taking a trading break, but i'll look you up if this is different around next release. i'd send out a batch 3 CnL now just to spread it around (3 years old, still awesome), but trying to stay on hiatus mainly due to "spend too much on beer already."

 

Same. I way overdid it this month. In one trip I bought 8 Sanctification and 9 D23's, a shitload of Hoptimum....ugh....
