I have get the following top 100 beers at either a store, bar or brewery without issues.

Westvleteren 12 (easy to get in a lot of bars with a significant mark-up, easy at their bar / store)
Cantillon Fou' Foune (when it is released, easily at the brewery, some stores)
Trappistes Rochefort 10 (supermarket, basically everywhere)
Cantillon Lou Pepe – Kriek (easily but only at the brewery when released but outside, a ghost)
St. Bernardus Abt 12 (supermarket, basically everywhere)
Trappist Westvleteren 8 (easy to get in a lot of bars with a significant mark-up)
Cantillon Saint Lamvinus (when it is released, easily at the brewery, some bars have it)
Cantillon Gueuze 100% Lambic (easy at bars, stores, brewery)
Cantillon Lou Pepe – Framboise (easily but only at the brewery when released but outside, a ghost)
Drie Fonteinen Oude Geuze Vintage (some bars, brewery)
Drie Fonteinen Schaerbeekse Kriek (used to be okay but save for some bars & high prices, vanishing)

The Belgian quads are all easy to find around here. Prairie Bomb! is currently in every liquor store I visit and we just got Founders distribution so hopefully will be able to pick up some of their highly rated stouts whenever they are released.
