My bottles are fresh and about one year old. Anyone tried it fresh vs 1 yr vs older?

For my tastes - great fresh, improves for 2..3..4 years, or so, then the fade begins. But I've had it at 10+ years and it was still somewhat tasty.

Exactly. Too hot and raw on release in my experience. At two years the transformation is just remarkable.
