I'm in for a Saison! I plan to brew one this summer anyway....

I know what you're saying... but its a bit like saying let's do a crowed-sourced recipe for an IPA but everyone gets to pick whatever hops they want, innit?

I'm in. A style I have done a lot of and feel like I can contribute to.

I'm in as well. I would like to propose that there is a little more discussion before voting, so maybe we can avoid some of the truly bizarre choices some people voted for last time. I found the discussing/arguing to be more fun than just voting

I'd be down for a saison, but I have one milled up already and some ECY to use.

    Lets do something different..

For some reason, I see an AP Saison to leave more folks butthurt than the American Stout. Let's do something a bit less broad of a style if we're going to do a Belgian. Maybe a dubbel or tripel.

This is actually a good point. I refuse to add spices to my saisons, for example.

A dubbel sounds like a great idea.

Mark me down for a Dubbel too. I love me some Belgian beer but I agree that saison would be many arguments waiting to happen (Which is part of the fun I guess:stuck_out_tongue:).

A Tripel or a Dubbel would be nice. I agree Saison would be a fight, thus my statement that yeast not be a poll decided aspect of the recipe. Anything in category 18 Belgian Strong Ales would be a great option.

I love that there is already a vote on something that doesn't exist yet.

The poll on this one doesn't help us much though...
