    Does your Brett experience include Brett C? It's description is more like that of 644. We have sacch strains that are clean, sacch strains that are phenolic, sacch strains that are estery. Brett strains apparently show a wide range in character too. I have no say in the matter of whether Trois is twuly Brett, but it does sound a bit like one strain of Brett, and frankly, it is these fruity characters that I hope to find in this glass of beer.

    After adjusting for write-ins...

    Strong Modes at 1.033 and 1.012. Very bipolar personality we have here.
    Mean: 1.021
    Mode: 1.018

    In this case, I'm going to jettison the mean and median. Even if either one got all of the votes sitting in between the modes, that wouldn't be enough to beat the 1.033+ group or the 1.012- group.

    So we'll run off 1.033 vs 1.012.
