    Picked it up at Central Market about a month ago, love Maharaja , this was to dank and an onion bomb IMO. Was disappointed, but that's just me.

    This has been discussed elsewhere, but one has to wonder if there's a genetic predisposition to taste "onion bombs" in heavy Citra/Simcoe/Mosaic beers. It's certainly true with coriander greens (a.k.a. cilantro), as some people taste nothing but soap while others are waxing poetic about wonderful flavors. I keep hearing about these onion bombs and cat pee in beers that I like and I thank my lucky stars for having different genetics.
