Has any body cellared this one? On the bottle it says it can be cellared for 3+ years. I know the abv is right for aging. However, I was just curious if anybody had any experience with this one (good or bad).

I had it on tap, a year old keg. It was not the best setting to take notes but from what I could tell, it really smoothed out. It was very nice but Im not sure I would cellar it. If you have the room to set it back, than go for it.

I don't know if it cellars well, but I have a sixer from this year that I socked away for an experiment. I'll let you know how it went after 3-6 years.

I've been wondering the same thing. I bought a case this year and I'll be drinking it slowly throughout the next 2-3 years.
