Sounds great as I love rum BA beers!

I predict though that like their Vanilla BA, a lot of people will be whining about things like "its not thick enough" "not enough barrel character" "not enough coconut" etc. Whatever, I'm excited

Wonder how this is different than Momi Hiwa.

Oh wait, that ABV is about half of Momi Hiwa.

I was one of those who whined about the Vanilla BA when I first had it, but I gave it a second shot and loved it. Great beer for the price. I'm not a huge fan of coconut in beer, but like everything Avery makes 'll give this a whirl for sure.

Sounds good, but no thanks! Raspberry Sour and Vanilla Bean Stout were huge let downs. I'm staying away from their GREEN foil Botanicals & Barrels series.

I'll probably get it to try it but I was also let down by the vanilla. I can't say no to coconut beers though!

If this is anything like a more drinkable Momi, count me in. As much as I loved it fresh, the Momi bottles that are still left are pretty rough these days.

Momi Hiwa was one of my favorite beers ever, so I am in for this!

I know that I'm in the minority, but I've never had an Avery beer that didn't disappoint me. This brew, like most of the rest of Avery's products, sounds great, but I'll probably pass on it if I see it.

I love rich and thick stouts as much the next BA but I don't need it to be that way to enjoy it. I'm not sure why so many people complain if a perfectly fine or even exceptional stout isn't "thick" enough. Its beer, not a milk shake.
