If I want to drink motor oil and cane sugar I'll go to Walmart.

If you tried BT before and enjoyed it, that puts you in the same category as the vast majority of reviewers who have consistently rated BT very highly over the past 6 years of its existence. It is as good now as it ever was.

It's very boozy and very sweet, so definitely can be polarizing and some understandably do not like it at all and never did (as reflected in the much smaller number of reviews to this effect). For whatever reason, some people seem to take particular pleasure in bagging on BT and its variants when they see an opportunity to do so. I guess they really want people to know that they DO NOT like BT.

BA Tweak is also boozy and also sweet, and also delicious in my personal opinion. Got some in Denver but glad to see it hitting shelves locally as well.

I don't care for Parabola myself, so I'm off to find some threads where people mention it so I can let everyone know my thoughts!

My apologies. I forgot that negative comments about beer are frowned upon here in BeerAdvocate Nation.

Definitely not frowned upon. If it weren't for negative comments on BA, most people would not have been warned about the existence of Staples Mill!

Just interesting that there seems to be particularly strong feelings about BT which are frequently shared. I think the bigger point is that if you had BT before and enjoyed it, you probably would enjoy it again (since his original comment seemed to be asking whether something had changed with BT).

Perhaps we can both agree that BA Tweak is delicious?
